Australia Xinhai Mining Services Pty Ltd
As the core provider of mineral processing test services, Xinhai Mine Research Institute has built a comprehensive R&D system composed of three key departments: chemical laboratory, test laboratory, and pilot center. With over two decades of deep engagement in the industry, the Institute has accumulated profound technical expertise and extensive practical experience, capable of delivering a full-process test service — from exploratory lab-scale tests to semi-industrial pilot-scale tests — making it one of the few professional institutions in the industry with a complete test capability chain, effectively bridging technology R&D and industrialization.
Xinhai possesses CNAS internationally accredited laboratories and an industrial pilot-scale test base. Annually, it successfully completes 180 test research projects, with test capabilities reaching international advanced standards.
Determination of ore composition and chemical properties, including ore structure, mineralogy, ore types, multi-element analysis of raw ores, particle size distribution, density, and relative grindability.
Covering gravity concentration, magnetic separation, flotation, cyanide leaching, acid leaching, hydrometallurgy, special mineral processing, heap leaching, and other methods; condition tests tailored to different mineral characteristics.
Equipped with an industrial pilot-scale test base and modern equipment including crushers, fine grinders, roasting and drying units, spectrometers, atomic fluorescence spectrometers, etc.
Providing detailed "Mineral Processing Test Reports" based on test results, including analysis of mineral composition, properties, and characteristics, as well as final process flow and process parameters.
