Guinea 6,000t/d Gold Mineral Processing Plant

Project Overview

This project is a 6,000t/d gold processing plant located in Guinea. Xinhai Mining provided EPCM+O services, covering engineering design, construction drawings, and operational support.

The project consists of two main systems: a 2,400t/d tailings recovery system in the west area and a 3,500t/d crushing system in the east area. Based on ore characteristics and existing plant conditions, the process flow integrates tailings reprocessing with the original leaching system to improve overall resource utilization.

Xinhai Solution

• Crushing System (East Area): A three-stage two closed-circuit crushing process was adopted to treat run-of-mine ore. The system combines jaw and cone crushers with vibrating screening to produce qualified fine ore for downstream processing.
• Tailings Recovery System (West Area): Tailings from the existing gravity plant and dredging operations are collected and processed through a buffer and thickening system, then fed into the original cyanidation circuit for gold recovery.
• Integrated Processing Flow: The project integrates crushing, grinding, gravity separation, and leaching processes, forming a coordinated system that maximizes the utilization of both primary ore and tailings resources.
• Process Water and Slurry Management: The tailings thickening system improves slurry concentration and enables efficient recycling of process water, supporting stable plant operation.

The project design was completed within the scheduled timeframe, and construction drawings were delivered to support on-site development.
