Service Scope: Reconstruction & expansion
Proccess: Ore Test and Analysis – Existing CIP Optimization + Flotation Integration – Two-Stage Grinding and Classification – Flotation Concentrate Regrinding and Cyanidation – Tailings Detoxification.

This project involves the reconstruction and expansion of a gold processing plant in Liaoning Province, China. Originally commissioned in 1991 and expanded to 250t/d, the plant requires upgrades to enhance throughput and economic performance. The ore is low-sulfide gold-bearing, primarily containing pyrite. The original full-slime cyanidation process achieved a gold leaching rate of about 96%. An optimized flowsheet combining flotation with cyanidation was selected based on investigations and testing.
The project was completed with minimal disruption to existing operations and achieved the target expanded capacity. The optimized flowsheet improves overall resource utilization by integrating flotation with the existing cyanidation system, while the upgraded detoxification system ensures compliant and environmentally responsible operation.
