Australia Xinhai Mining Services Pty Ltd
Australia Xinhai Mining Services ("AXM") advises that it has entered into a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ENC Group, an Australian-based engineering and project delivery firm, to support the advancement of AXM’s specified projects in Australia.
The collaboration, originally established in 2024, is based on a shared commitment to engineering excellence, innovation, and sustainable development in the mining sector.
Under the terms of the MoU, the parties will work together to deliver engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services across strategic mining developments in Australia.
Key areas of collaboration include:
(1)Joint feasibility and engineering studies
(2)Collaborative project development and execution
(3)Equipment supply and technology integration
(4)Knowledge sharing and capacity building
(5)Potential future equity or investment cooperation

The MoU is non-exclusive and non-binding with respect to any future investment or equity arrangements, which remain subject to separate agreements and relevant approvals.
