Project Management (Engineering)
Full time
Lead compliance with Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
Manage internal/external audits and maintain the audit register.
Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and clients on quality matters.
Promote a proactive quality culture and support continuous improvement.
Ensure project QA/QC requirements are met.
Deliver training to improve quality awareness and early issue detection.
Manage non-conformances and ensure timely close-out.
Lead a small team of Quality Advisors and QC specialists.
Support BD and project kick-offs with quality input.
Qualification in Quality Management or similar.
Experience as a Quality Manager in engineering (oil & gas preferred; mining/construction/manufacturing also considered).
Ability to interpret client contracts and apply to internal processes.
Self-driven, autonomous, and collaborative.
Able to hold stakeholders accountable to quality requirements.

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced HSE Advisor / Trainer & Assessor to join Xinhai Australia on a permanent basis. The role supports mining and civil operations in WA, including road maintenance, and requires prior experience in similar environments.Applicants must have 3–5 years of HSE experience in mining or civil construction.
