We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team. This role supports efficient delivery of transactional services, onboarding, and project administration, while providing high-quality service to internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate reporting, data integrity, and compliance with procedures.
Process payables, receivables, and timesheets efficiently.
Manage purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and invoice queues.
Support employee and client onboarding with complete and compliant documentation.
Provide general administrative support including reception, document control, travel bookings, and meeting coordination.
Experience in administration within a large or complex organisation.
Proficiency with ERP systems (JDEGS preferred); Hammertech & Pegasus exposure is beneficial.
Strong organisation, multitasking, and deadline management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

The role supports mining and civil operations in WA, including road maintenance, and requires prior experience in similar environments.Applicants must have 3–5 years of HSE experience in mining or civil construction.
We are seeking a Mining Engineer to support the technical planning, design review, and delivery of mining process plant projects. This role works across mining engineering, mineral processing interfaces, and construction management, contributing to design development, constructability reviews, execution planning, and onsite support during construction and commissioning. This position is suited to engineers with experience in hard-rock mining and mineral processing, particularly across gold, base metals, or iron ore projects.
